Sukumar is known for his spell bounding film like Arya.He created a trend with Stylish Star Allu Arjun in the film. However the sequel for the film Arya 2 bombed at the box office.However Sukku rectified his mistake and scored a hit with Naga Chaitanya,Tamanna saying 100% Love.
Currently he is busy directing Prince Mahesh Babu in One-Nenokkadine. He promised to show Mahesh Babu in different style and is leaving no stone unturned. He is getting ready to show Tollywood super star as stylish Hollywood hero.
In the mean time Bollywood filmmakers approached him asking him to direct Arya 2 remake in Hindi. However Sukumar refused to do so. When one wondered why Sukumar kicked Bollywood filmmakers the secret was out. Insiders say Sukumar prepared a script to direct Young Tiger NTR after completing Mahesh Babu's 1-Nenokkadine. Due to Mahesh and NTR projects he refused Bollywood film.
